Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we do not offer any shipping. With the delicate nature of chocolate and the unforeseen temperatures during their travels, we cannot guarantee their safe arrivals.
Are you a nut free facility?
No, while we take great care of cleaning and sanitizing our equipment and stations. We cannot guarantee that our products have not come into contact with any nut products as we are not a nut free facility.
What about sugar free or keto options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer these options. We're all about the carbs, gourmet flavors and sugars.
Do you have any gluten free options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any fresh baked items or chocolates and confections that are gluten free.
Can you make me a custom character cake?
No, we do not offer custom design, fondant or character cakes.
We offer simply piped gourmet buttercream cakes. We promise you'll receive a decadent cake that looks just like a classic JustBeecause cake. Customization can be achieved with chocolate garnishes, meringues, bonbons and more.
